Hi! I'm Melissa Goode and this rabbit hole on the internet that you have fallen down is my lifestyle blog.  I'm a wife, a fur mom, , a coffee fiend, a writer, a bibliophile, a kitchen witch, and rebel scum.

Now, I'm willing to bet that the majority of you are here because my mom told you to come check it out. I'm joking of course! Or am I?

Truthfully, I can't even begin to guess why you may be visiting my blog, but regardless of how you got here, I'm happy you're here and appreciate you stopping by.

I created If You're Going My Way for a couple of reasons.

1. For me. Writing has been my passion since I learned to write. I'll further this reason later on in an actual post. Maybe.

2. For you, the reader. I wanted to write about relatable topics. One or more of these topics may grab (and hopefully hold) your attention.
